The 29th of June 2015 was held at General Bishop Office in Bratislava chaplain exam. 4 absolvents of the Evangelical Lutheran Theological Faculty Comenius University in Bratislava in master five year full-time program Evangelical Theology were in for exam. The exam successfully passed all absolvents: Mgr. Milan Bartko, Mgr. Jaroslav Jurko, Mgr. Zuzana Poláková a Mgr. Michal Tekely.
Chaplain exam preceded the interview with Board of Bishops ECAC in Slovakia. Candidates had written exam and oral exam before commission. They were tested from dogmatics, Worship order, practical exegesis, Small Catechism, Church law, knowledge of Bible and liturgical singing. Condition to be allowed do oral exam was successful write paper on topic – „Christian attitude to migrants“.
All candidates passed the exam and they took a certificate about chaplain exam. This certificate entitles them be ordained pastor in Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Slovakia. The ceremony of ordination new pastors will be held in Evangelical Church in Krupina, 1st August 2015 at 10am. Live broadcast will be at Radio and Television in Slovakia Channel 2.
