On April 15, 2015 at a space of The Conference of Bishops in Slovakia in Bratislava on the invitation of Archbishop of Bratislava – metropolita and chairman CBS Stanislava Zvolenského took place in order of 5th meeting of the highest representatives christian churches and Federation of the Jewish Community.
On behalf our ECAC in Slovakia was attended on meeting General Bishop Miloš Klátik, chairman of the Ecumenical Council of Churches. Reformed Christian Church was represented by Bishop László Fazekas; for an Rastislav, Archbishop of Prešov and Metropolita czech countries and Slovakia of Orthodox Church was sent secretary Michal Švajko; The Czechoslovak Hussite Church in Slovakia was represented by Bishop Ján Hradil and Federation of the Jewish Community in Slovakia was represented by chairman Igor Rintel.
In the program of meeting was theme State-wide strategy protecting and supporting human rights in Slovakia. As a guest got off Renáta ocilková from The Forum of life, among other things she informed about upcoming March for Life, which will be hold in Bratislava in September 20, 2015. In current time is very actual theme about separation church and state and separated funding. They agreed, that this theme will be more presented on the next meeting in autumn.
The last theme was persecution the christians and activities religious communities in implementation the help for persecuted Christians.
Next meeting – 6th meeting of highest church representatives will be hold in October 2015 at the General Bishop Office ECAC in Slovakia in Bratislava.
